Tweeterate is a comfortable twitter frontend, where you can rate the tweets of your friends as useful, funny or lousy. Every useful or funny rating counts for the overall useful/funny charts (Though you need at least 10 followers to rate tweets useful or funny).
The lousy rating
A lousy rating is only visible to you. You can see the toplist of your most annoying friends on your homepage. On that list you can easily hide friends from your timeline ("yellow card") or if "enough is enough" unfollow them ("red card") with one click.
See, how others rated you
If others rated you, you can see the ratings on the top right side of your home page. If some users gave you a "yellow card" (hide your tweets from their timeline) you can see it there, too. (You can't see who rated you)
Details
On the detail page you see, which tweets are rated.
Original text of replies
On the timeline you can see the original text of reply tweets and the follower count of your friends.
Other features
Every hashtag is linked with Twittersearch. New Tweets after timeline refresh will be marked as "New". Most Short-URL will bei translated into original URL.
Security
Tweeterate does not store your twitter password!

active value is a small team of web professionals in germany. We do a lot of web agency stuff for customers like vodafone, globus and german publishing houses.
